We do not collect any of your website visitors’ sensitive information. Our tracking application only collects what is needed to provide you the service and functionality you need. When a visitor accesses your site, a unique identifier is generated and assigned for that specific session and page. We do not store information like the IP of the visitor for identification or do any fingerprinting.

No, absolutely not. Installing our pixel on your site does not slow down the website at all since the Javascript code is running asynchronously and waits for the page to be ready before it executes and starts the tracking process.
Absolutely, our application honors the Do Not Track (“DNT”) setting in browsers that support this function. At the same time, we provide you the option to bypass the DNT setting for any of your sites that are using our service. You have this option if you are the website owner.
We also provide you and your website visitors the ability to Opt-Out of being tracked for any website that uses our tracking system. In fact, we highly recommend you provide this option to your visitors as part of certain regulations such as GDPR and other similar requirements.

Please note that each of these variables directly impact usage of our servers’ resources. Increases in traffic, features and number of sites result in increases in bandwidth, memory and processing requirements as well as storage usage for our servers. Our pricing plans are designed to cover the costs for maintaining secure, functional and reliable servers for you plus a small margin.
